Her seferinde sanki ilk sayıyı yazıyormuşum gibi hissettiren bültenimiz Kariyer Z’den herkese selamlar! Geçtiğimiz haftalarda yine bir şekilde yaralarımızın sarmakla uğraştık. Enes Döke , Mef Üniversitesi'nde GEN 301 dersine asistanlık yapmaya başladı. Beyza Teke , henüz yabancısı olduğu şehri keşfetmeye devam ediyor. 

Biz bu hafta, geçtiğimiz aylarda hızla gündemimize girmiş ChatGPT’yi “nasıl daha verimli kullanabiliriz?” sorusuna odaklanmak istedik. Aşağıda derlediğimiz promptlar sayesinde hem iş hem de okul hayatımızı kolaylaştırabilecek sonuçlara ulaşabiliriz. Ayrıca bazı düzenlemeleri yaparak kendi promptlarımızı oluşturabiliriz.

Bazen ne kadar uzaklaşmak istesek de yaşadığımız felaketin gerçekliği öylece dikiliyor karşımıza. Hâlâ yaralarımızı sarmaya çalışırken, bu hafta Zone Out köşesinde Onaranlar Kulübü’nün “Felaket Sonrası Toplumsal İyileşme Rehberi”ni paylaşmak istedim.

İyileşme, tamamen bireysel bir olgu değil, toplumsal destek de gerektiren bir noktada. Olası eşitsizlikleri yönetmekten insan-hayvan bağlarına kadar pek çok farklı konuda dikkat etmemiz gerekenlerin ele alındığı bu rehbere göz atmanızı öneriyorum. 

Ayrıca, Borusan Sanat, Mart ayı boyunca gerçekleştirilecek olan konserlerin gelirlerini afet bölgesindeki ihtiyaçlar için paylaşacağını açıkladı. Biraz daha eğlenceli günler geçirmek isteyenlerimiz de vardır aramızda - ki benim için de problemlerle başa çıkmak için bu tarz etkinlikler çok daha yardımcı.
