It was a thrill to launch our paper Green Energy Statecraft for Comprehensive National Security yesterday with the wonderful support of our co-publishers the Asia-Pacific Development, Diplomacy & Defence Dialogue and the Reimagining the Economy Project, Harvard Kennedy School.
