Our team had a blast at the 2024 Nanaimo Silly Boat Regatta in support of the Nanaimo Child Development Centre (NCDC). We (somehow) came in first in our heat, even though the boat may have sunk in the finals. Congratulations to our racers Jonathan Hale, John Clarke, Tom Takacs and Kevin Brun, and thank you for everyone who came out to help build the boat and support us! Spencer Block suspended slab work continues to progress through the Level 1 Parkade section (North). The first suspended slab pour is scheduled for July 11th, 2024. Formwork crews are working through the site on the P1 Level (South). Mechanical and electrical are working throughout the site installing U/G services and suspended slab rough-ins.
