We are so pleased to be able to share Challenge X: the National Design Challenge 2024 with you as part of #SingaporeDesignWeek2024!
Over the past few months the School of X team at DesignSingapore Council has been running around busily working with an amazing and diverse group of people to collectively design solutions that could activate communities that care.
We ran 7 different design sprints (yes, each one tailored to the needs of the setting, the people & the issues), with 7 different care organisations, all looking at different aspects of the challenge.
We saw nurses, social workers, patients, volunteers, residents, seniors, therapists, educators, leaders, and designers coming together, to research, to learn, and to co-design solutions.
Please head down to the National Design Centre at 111 Middle Road, to see the prototype designs (mock ups) that have been developed by these wonderful people, who truly care about making the world a more caring place.
🌟And from now until 6th October you have the chance to vote for the solution you believe is most worthy of being awarded “National Design Challenge Winner 2024”! 🌟
The display will be there until 10th November but voting ends soon - so head over this week and let us know which team has inspired you the most!
