🇬🇧🤝🇨🇦 When our Rapid Insight team delivered a workshop to over 200 people in Glasgow, little did we realise it would lead to one of our team travelling 3,794 miles to the middle of Canada! One of our highlights of 2024 has been working with Saskatchewan Health Quality Council, where Laura Yearsley Associate Director of Insights at NHS Horizons worked with the their Research Team to teach our Rapid Insight method. In today's December Recognition Month, where we celebrate the achievements of members from our Improvement Directors Network (IDN) & Improvers Learning Network (ILN), we are spotlighting Mary Morris 🙌 She's been nominated by Sara M. Little, MPA, FACHE at Barts Health NHS Trust. Here's what she said: "Mary is a seasoned QI trainer. She is an essential part of our QI faculty. "She coaches teams throughout the site and build their confidence to deliver QI projects. She adeptly adapts QI to range of difference challenges.
