We’re celebrating the remarkable performances of all the athletes at the HOKA UTMB® Mont-Blanc, including the 30 athletes who represented HOKA in Chamonix from across the world.
In the women's OCC (50k Final), Judith Wyder placed second in a deep field in her debut at UTMB. In the men’s CCC (100k Final), Hayden Hawks took the win, his second time doing so after winning the event seven years earlier. Adam Peterman dug deep and placed third behind his teammate. On the women’s side, Martyna Mlynarczyk ran a fantastic race to place second with Heather Jackson finishing fifth. In the men’s UTMB (100M Final), Ludovic Pommeret set a new personal best time finishing fifth, 20 years after his very first UTMB start line.
Congratulations to our very own Vincent Bouillard, Senior Manager of Product Engineering in Innovation for HOKA --- your 2024 men’s UTMB Champion! Not only is Vincent a full-time HOKA employee, but he was also part of the team that helped develop the newly released Tecton X 3, the shoe of choice for many of our athletes.
Thank you to everyone who made the world’s pinnacle ultra-trail race week an event not to be missed.

The Speedgoat 6 combines our tried-and-true cushioning with aggressive traction and ultralight materials. A workhorse for technical terrain, this update is refined with a breathable woven textile upper, a plusher dual gusset tongue, and a foot-hugging internal chassis for a more secure fit. After an incredible performance by our HOKA athletes, teammates, and the entire running community at this weekend’s Western States Endurance Run and USATF Trials, I am honored to announce HOKA’s latest chapter in our FLY HUMAN FLY campaign with the new anthem film, ‘Bird’s Eye’.
This campaign celebrates HOKA’s deep connection to running, from our origins in the French Alps to streets around the world, and our belief that We Are All Born To Fly.
It is a testament to the power of community – we fly higher, run faster, and go further – together. We invite everyone to experience the joyful flight of running with HOKA! 🕊👟

“Being able to look beyond what you have is what I think opens up other worlds. Imagining yourself being more than just what has been offered to you. So much of my work really connects to freedom. Whether it’s people that are kidnapped or people that are in jail or people that are prisoners of their immigration status or are in an abusing relationship or struggling with addiction.” - Carolina Rubio-MacWright
Carolina is a lawyer and an ultra runner. Since moving to the United States from Colombia, she has spent her life pursuing freedom for herself and others.
In our newest Humans of HOKA, we follow Carolina as she prepares for the Western States 100-mile Endurance Run. Watch the full film on our HOKA TV YouTube and read more on the HOKA blog.
