We are honored to announce that our project at Good Karma Brands received the Merit Award in Interior Architecture at this year’s AIA Cleveland Awards! 🎉 This project was an incredible journey, as we partnered with Good Karma Brands to design their Milwaukee Home Office and Studios. The space seamlessly bridges the historic charm of the 1893 Matthews Building, a modern Annex, and the vibrant Shoppes of Grand Ave mall. With recording studios connecting directly to the mall’s Food Court, the design celebrates GKB’s commitment to local marketing and community relationships. Inside, features like a skylit café and Game Room/Lounge create inviting spaces for employees to connect, collaborate, and innovate. The aesthetic reflects the perfect blend of historic preservation and industrial city architecture, embodying GKB’s unique vision.
