🚀 The REALM Hackathon Workshop is Here! This week, developers, data experts, and contributors are coming together for a hands-on, collaborative hackathon-style workshop to drive progress on REALM. Organised by VITO, the participants will meet in Brussels from 27 - 29 November to work together on the REALM platform. 💡 The primary goal? To finalise a demo version that will be presented to end users for feedback and further refinement. Unlike traditional project meetings, this workshop is all about interactive collaboration—with coding sessions, actionable planning, and the development of robust strategies for evaluating use cases. Workshop Highlights: 🔹 Progressing key infrastructure elements to support project goals. 🔹 Refining models and enhancing practical demonstrations. 🔹 Developing training initiatives and educational resources. 🔹 Embedding ethical considerations throughout project activities. Moving Forward Together: Highlights from the MetReal Cluster Meeting! We are part of the MetReal cluster together with Real4Reg, REDDIE-Diabetes, REALM_EU, Insafedare Project and More-EUROPA. Together we are exploring innovative approaches to leverage real-world and synthetic data for regulatory decision-making and HTA. Last week we came together in Bonn, Germany. The topics we talked about were: ✔ Current status of the projects 📊 ✔ Communication strategies 💬 ✔ Synergies and increased collaboration – for example regarding the creation of training concepts 🎓 A big thank you to Real4Reg and Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte’s research division for bringing us together! 🚀 Productive Meeting of the MetReal Cluster! 🤝 Last week, on 31/10, we had a very fruitful hybrid meeting in Bonn at the Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte with our sister projects in the #MetReal cluster: Insafedare Project, More-EUROPA, ONCOVALUE, REALM_EU, and REDDIE-Diabetes. During the session, we updated each other on our projects' progress and next steps. We also discussed joint communication strategies and worked on creating and enhancing synergies in training concepts, among other topics.
