Earlier this week, the AvroKO Partners launched their latest self-propelled project, HOST on Howard, a gallery and gathering space designed to celebrate the world of hospitality, both as an industry and a philosophy—something core to AvroKO World's mission and company vision. Alongside our co-hosts for the evening, Care of Chan and Dante NYC, we feted with industry friends and colleagues to open the doors to our new space, and we're excited to share it with all of you now as well. We were thrilled to see architect Shigeru Ban named as Japan’s 2024 Praemium Imperiale laureate for architecture! Such a well-deserved recognition for his innovation and commitment to humanitarian work—most notably his dedication to providing architectural relief to refugees and disaster victims. A few years back, we had the privilege of working with Shigeru on Calypso Restaurant & Lounge in Shanghai.
