    💡 Hard work and good energy in Vienna with RURACTIVE! Our 12 Dynamos have just completed a 2-day workshop with UNIBO and University College Dublin, where they were working on their Local Action Plans, supporting co-implementation of their local #solutions which is starting soon. 🌱 🌄 They also reflected on how their solutions address cross-cutting priorities such as biodiversity, social justice and inclusion, and climate change, as well as how their solutions contribute to different types of innovation. This workshop served as a preparation for the upcoming Fine tuning local workshops, where they will refine and assess the feasibility and practical implementation of their solutions.   👀 Curious to learn more about the local solutions to be implemented in RURACTIVE?     Congratulations to our partners @AEIDL for successfully hosting the first session of the RURACTIVE Forum! More than 80 participants joined for the exchange of innovative ideas, approaches and possible collaborations for the future of #ruraldevelopment. The session has started with several presentations:  - Arianna Pasa, from the European Commission´s Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development, presenting main aspects of the long-term vision for the EU’s rural areas - LTVRA  - Claudia De Luca briefly presenting the innovative RURACTIVE conceptual framework and rural innovation ecosystems methodology - Simone Sasso from European Commission´s Directorate-General Joint Research Centre, presenting the Startup Village Forum initiative analysing entrepreneurship in rural areas - Janne Sinnerma from AEIDL with a brief overview of main lessons obtained from RURACTIVE for each of the six rural development drivers. In the three breakout rooms, representatives of Northern Ostrobothnia, Zagori and Zakarpattya presented main occupations and challenges in their Dynamo, sparking internal discussion which also led to the identification of some collaboration opportunities. During the roundtable and plenary discussions, we also heard insights from partners from sister projects @SMARTERA and FUTURAL Project, as well as many other participants representing various community initiatives and organisations.
