It was an insightful day at the Sports Video Group Esports Summit yesterday! Part 3 of a 3 part series that goes behind-the-scenes with Lux Machina, exploring the innovations of Virtual Production in the creation of Apple TV+ ‪ Masters of the Air. In this final episode of Virtual Skies: we look at the tools of the trade. On designing LED screen slates, proprietary colour science calibration, creating new toolsets for #unrealengine from a light card to a "flak spawner" (you heard it heard first folks!) . Why Masters of the Air "would not have been as successful or maybe even possible, without the Sony Rialto". On powering everything with Lux ARCA and creating A & B render systems to always be ready for the next scene.
