We were delighted to break ground last week on our new community in Vancouver, Amica Granville & West 47th, in partnership with Amica Senior Lifestyles and Marcon. This momentous occasion marked the beginning of construction on an extraordinary community that will provide essential care and housing for Vancouver’s growing seniors population. Located at West 47th Ave and Granville St in Kerrisdale, this six-storey seniors community care facility will be comprised of 208 homes for seniors, offering a continuum of care, including assisted living, long-term care, and memory care. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us, and for their continued support of this project, which will allow seniors to age in place within their community.

A milestone for The Royal Columbian Hospital project! It continues to make steady progress towards its completion and we're thrilled to announce the last tower crane, which stood tall since May 2021, has been dismantled.
